Mech Platoon, for the Game Boy Advance, is a nice challenge but has obstacles to overcome

Description
Mech Platoon is the first real-time sim/strategy game on any portable game platform. Set in the distant future, Mech Platoon is an epic struggle between three highly developed nations fighting for control of the natural resources on five planets. Most of these battles are fought between mechanized soldiers called "Mechs," but the key to victory is the recycling skills of the forces between engagements. Between battles, Mech Platoon commanders seek out the abandoned, smoldering wreckage on the battlefield and recycle the components for new units. If you can salvage an enemy unit, you might be able to steal their technology and use it to build your own secret weapons!
