Metro3D, Inc. and Cinemaware, Inc. Sign Worldwide Distribution Agreement

Multi Platform Video Game Developer and Publisher Earns Global Distribution Rights To Series Of Best-Selling Software “Classics”

SAN JOSE, California (January 15, 2002) – Metro3D, Inc., the multi- platform video game developer and publisher today announced it has signed a worldwide distribution deal with Cinemaware, Inc., a leading developer of interactive entertainment software.

Under the terms of the agreement, Metro3D gains proprietary rights to launch a series of Cinemaware software “classics,” re-introducing some of their most highly successful and popular game titles to millions of next-generation gaming enthusiasts worldwide for the first time in more than a decade. The first three Cinemaware titles to be introduced by Metro3D will debut on the Nintendo(R) Game Boy(R) Advance, including TheThree Stooges(R), anticipated for release March 2002, Defender of the Crown, and Wings Advance, both due on store shelves in May 2002.

The new, graphically-enhanced versions of the first three titles Metro3D and Cinemaware will premier beginning this spring also bring with them a solid history and track record of success on the best- seller charts.
